| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vyhodnocením akvizičního procesu mateřské a dceřiné společnosti zakončeným fúzí. Diplomová práce je standardně rozdělena do dvou částí, na část teoretickou a na část praktickou. Teoretická část práce slouží k vysvětlení klíčových pojmů a souvislostí spojených s akvizičním procesem a jeho dalším vyhodnocením. Praktická část práce je pak věnována analýze jednotlivých společností, které tento typ fúze podstoupily. Analýza je provedena pomocí jednotlivých ukazatelů finanční analýzy, které byly vysvětleny v teoretické části práce. Výsledky této analýzy byly následně vyhodnocovány ve vztahu k fúzi a její úspěšnosti a vlivu na finanční zdraví společností. Diplomová práce je ukončena samostatným závěrem, který shrnuje dopady provedených fúzí na jednotlivé společnosti, a to skrze srovnání vývojů vybraných ukazatelů. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the evaluation of the acquisition process of a parent company and a subsidiary company, culminating in a merger. The thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis is used to explain the key concepts and context related to the acquisition process and its further evaluation. The practical part of the thesis is then devoted to the analysis of individual companies that have undergone this type of merger. The analysis is carried out by means of individual financial analysis indicators, which were explained in the theoretical part of the thesis. The results of this analysis were then evaluated in relation to the merger and its success and impact on the financial health of the companies. The thesis ends with a separate conclusion that summarizes the impact of the mergers on the individual companies through a comparison of the development of selected indicators. |
