| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je strategická analýza vnitřních zdrojů společnosti Levi Strauss. Praha s.r.o. Na základě zpracovaných údajů budou navrženy strategická doporučení, která přispějí k dalšímu rozvoji této firmy a dlouhodobému úspěchu. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou častí: teoretická a praktická. V teoretické časti bude popsán postup strategické analýzy vnitřních zdrojů a metody, které jsou následně aplikované v praktické časti. Na závěr práce bude provedena syntéza poznatků z předchozích analýz praktické časti a návrh strategických doporučení pro úspěšný rozvoj společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is a strategic analysis of the internal resources of Levi Strauss. Praha s.r.o. Based on the worked data, strategic recommendations are proposed to the managers that will lead to further development of this company and long-term success. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part will describe the process of strategic analysis of internal resources and the methods that are subsequently applied in the practical part. The thesis concludes with a synthesis of the findings from the previous analysis of the practical part and a proposal of strategic recommendations for the successful development of the company. |
