| Abstract: | Obsahem této bakalářské práce je analýza work-life balance u žen pracujících na manažerských pozicích ve společnostech působících v České republice. Cílem práce je analyzovat jakým způsobem a pomocí jakých nástrojů podporují čeští zaměstnavatelé rovnováhu mezi osobním a pracovním životem u svých zaměstnankyň. Teoretická část vymezuje klíčové pojmy související s hlavním tématem práce, jako například definici work-life balance, výčet nástrojů, které mohou být využity zaměstnavatelem k podpoře work-life balance u svých zaměstnanců, a nakonec vymezení genderových stereotypů souvisejících s problematikou nedostatku žen na manažerských pozicích. Praktická část obsahuje sběr relevantních dat pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu a jejich následnou analýzu. Na závěr práce jsou uvedena doporučení plynoucí z praktické části. |

| Abstract: | The content of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of the work-life balance of women working in managerial positions in companies operating in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to analyse how and with what tools Czech employers support work-life balance in their female employees. The theoretical part defines key concepts related to the main topic of the thesis, such as the definition of work-life balance, a list of tools that can be used by employers to promote work-life balance among their employees, and finally, the definition of gender stereotypes related to the issue of lack of women in managerial positions. The practical part includes collecting relevant data through qualitative research and their subsequent analysis. The paper concludes with recommendations arising from the practical part. |
