| Abstract: | Podnikatelské prostředí ovlivňují legislativní předpisy jako je Green Deal nebo Pařížská dohoda. Firmy jsou nuceny nacházet řešení, jak požadavkům na udržitelné podnikání vyhovět. Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku cirkulární ekonomiky a její možnosti adaptace do byznysového modelu společností. Stěžejní část práce je věnována podniku Danisco Czech Republic a jeho možnostem přechodu na cirkulární byznysový model. Bioplynová stanice umožňuje znovuvyužití majoritních odpadových toků pro výrobu energie. Kvůli vysoké vstupní investici je čistá současná hodnota varianty bioplynové stanice s kogenerační jednotkou i s výrobnou biometanu záporná. Projekt má ale vysokou přidanou hodnotu díky pozitivnímu dopadu na společnost a životní prostředí. |

| Abstract: | The business environment is currently influenced by legislation such as the Green Deal or the Paris Agreement. Companies need to find solutions to meet the requirements for sustainable business. The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of the circular economy and its possibilities of adaptation into the business model of companies. The core part of the paper is devoted to the company Danisco Czech Republic and its possibilities of transition to a circular business model. The biogas station enables the reuse of the majority of waste streams for energy production. Due to the high initial investment, the net present value of the biogas station with cogeneration unit as well as with biomethane production unit is negative. However, the project has a high added value due to its positive impact on society and the environment. |
