| Abstract: | Tématem této diplomové práce je „Porovnání variant intermodálních přeprav u společnosti XY“. Společnost je anonymizována z důvodu výskytu citlivých interních dat. Jejím prvním cílem je vytvořit a porovnat modelové importní intermodální přepravy z Čínské lidové republiky. Práce řeší variantu železniční, leteckou a námořní. Další kapitoly jsou věnované práci s rizikem. Nejprve je popsána současná situace na přepravním trhu. Dále je za pomoci modelování v programu SIMIO uskutečněna simulace pro zisk dat ohledně dojezdů zásilek. Data jsou následně využita v pravděpodobnostních stromech. Riziko je poté po konzultaci se zaměstnanci společnosti XY subjektivně upraveno. Varianty jsou dále porovnány a je zhodnocen vliv rizika. V závěru je provedena multikriteriální analýza typického zákazníka společnosti XY za využití metody TOPSIS. Druhým cílem práce je přiblížení fungování firmy na přepravním trhu, jejích procesů, operací a cenotvorby. |

| Abstract: | The topic of this Master´s thesis is „Comparison of intermodal transportation variants at company XY“. The company is anonymized due to the occurrence of sensitive internal data. Its first goal is to create and compare models of import intermodal shipments from the People's Republic of China. Transport modes are rail, air and sea. Next chapters are devoted to risk management. First, the current situation on the transport market is described. Furthermore, with the SIMIO modeling program, a simulation is modelled out to obtain data regarding the delivery times of shipments. The data are then used in probability trees. The risk is then adjusted subjectively after consultation with the employees of the company XY. The variants are then compared and the impact of the risk is evaluated. In the end, a multi-criteria analysis of a typical customer of the XY company is carried out using the TOPSIS method. The second goal of the work is to describe closer to the running of the company on the transport market, bringing closer look at their processes, operations and pricing. |
