| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou využívání ukazatelů výkonnosti k odměňování a motivaci zaměstnanců v konkrétním podniku. Jmenovitě se jedná o podnik zabývající se poradenskými službami a technologiemi. Hlavním cílem práce je posoudit vhodnost tohoto systému ve společnosti a případně podniku poskytnout konkrétní doporučení. V teoretické části je podrobně vysvětlena problematika ukazatelů výkonnosti, systému odměňování, motivace, výkonu a vztahu mezi nimi. Praktická část obsahuje popis společnosti a současného systému, analýzu současného systému odměňování, upozornění na nedostatky, které se v něm nacházejí, a možné návrhy řešení. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of using performance measurements to reward and motivate employees in a specific consulting company. The main aim is to assess the suitability of this system in the company and, if necessary, to provide specific recommendations. In the theoretical part, the issues of performance measurements, the reward system, motivation, performance and the relationship between them are explained in detail. The practical part contains a description of the company, an analysis of its current system and evaluation. Based on this data, specific steps for its optimization are suggested. |
