| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro medicínský startup Anamnesis, jehož cílem je zefektivnit a zlepšit návštěvu u lékaře. Anamnesis je interaktivní dotazník, který předem poskytuje lékaři přehled o pacientově anamnéze. Cílem práce je vyhodnotit životaschopnost takové aplikace na základě analýz konkurence, trhu, zákazníků, legislativy, SWOT analýzy, finančních ukazatelů a dalších aspektů. Obchodní model založený na předplatném naznačuje rychlý růst, avšak pro úspěšný start a rozvoj projektu je ideální strategií najít investora a partnera z medicínské sféry, který by pokryl počáteční náklady, navázal kontakt se zainteresovanými stranami a poskytl cenné rady pro budoucí rozvoj. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on creating a business plan for a medical start-up, Anamnesis, to streamline and improve the doctor's visit. Anamnesis is an interactive questionnaire that provides the doctor with an overview of the patient's medical history beforehand. The aim of this paper is to evaluate the viability of such an application based on competitive, market, customer, legislative, SWOT analysis, financial indicators, and other aspects. The subscription-based business model suggests rapid growth, but for a successful start and development of the project, the ideal strategy is to find an investor and partner from the medical sector to cover the initial costs, establish contact with stakeholders and provide valuable advice. |
