| Abstract: | Bakalářské práce se zaměřuje zejména na analýzu struktury majetku domácností a procesy a způsoby, kterým svůj majetek vytvářejí. Hlavním záměrem je zjistit, jak domácností své peníze spoří a jak jejich majetek tvoří. Práce se také zaměřuje na rozložení spotřeby domácnosti a jejich výši a poměr v jednotlivých segmentech. Jedná se o komparaci České republiky a Rakouska v období od roku 2000 až do roku 2021. Mezi klíčové body práce patří investice domácností a taktéž rozložení jejich celkového majetku, především pak v aktivech. Část, která se zabývá investicemi, analyzuje strukturu majetku v několika investičních i peněžních nástrojích, mezi které patří například různé investiční fondy či spořicí účty. Cílem této práce je zjistit spojitost mezi jednotlivými tématy a také zjistit, jak vývoj jednotlivých témat ovlivňuje tvorbu celkového majetku domácností. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is to analyze the household investment structure and the process of generating their assets. The main aim is to find out how the households save their money and create their wealth. The thesis also focuses on household spendings and its segments. This paper includes a comparison of Czech and Austrian households and their spending and savings analysis between the years 2000 and 2021. The key points of this thesis involves is the analysis of household investments covering the structure of their financial assets which is made up of various monetary and investment instruments. The aim is to find out relations between the analyzed topics and how they affect households wealth. |
