| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zpracování strategické analýzy společnosti Family Market s.r.o., která se zabývá nákupem a následným prodejem nejrůznějších mražených potravin po celé České republice. Bakalářská práce se skládá z části teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je kladen důraz na popis a definici analýz, které budou následně aplikovány v části praktické. Praktickou část je možné vesměs rozdělit do dvou částí. První část se zaměřuje na vnější analýzy Family Market. Mezi tyto vnější analýzy se řadí: PEST analýza, Analýza odvětví a další. Následná část se zaměřuje na vnitřní analýzy. Mezi tyto vnitřní analýzy se řadí: Analýza vnitřních zdrojů, schopností, VRIO analýza a další. K syntéze bude použita analýza SWOT a analýza rizika. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis focuses on the strategic analysis of the Family Market s.r.o. company, which deals with the purchases and subsequent sales of various frozen foods throughout the Czech Republic. The bachelor thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, emphasis is placed on the description and definition of analyses, which will subsequently be applied in the practical part. The practical part can generally be divided into two parts. The first part consists of external analyzes of the company. These external analyzes include: PEST analysis, Industry analysis and others. The second part is then made up of internal analyses. These internal analyzes are: Analysis of internal resources and capabilities, VRIO analysis and others. The subsequent synthesis will be carried out using SWOT analysis and Risk Analysis. |
