| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá předmětem bezpečnostních opatření během eventů na památkových objektech. Hlavním cílem práce je vymezení základních bezpečnostních opatření a posouzení jejich účinnosti v rámci ochrany památky. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy event managementu a procesu plánování. Dále popisuje historii pořádání kulturních nebo společenských akcí na českých hradech a zámcích, systém památkové péče, a nakonec bezpečnostní opatření z pohledu ochrany památky. Praktickou část tvoří kvalitativní výzkum ve formě tří hloubkových rozhovorů s vybranými kulturními objekty a pořadateli kulturních akcí. Výstupy z výzkumu identifikují využívaná opatření v praxi a zodpovědnost za jejich zajištění přiřazují pořadateli. Analýza se navíc soustředí na přístupy k bezpečnostním opatřením mezi soukromým a státním objektem a pořadatelem festivalu a označuje je jako shodné. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the subject of security measures during events at heritage sites. The main aim of the thesis is to define the basic security measures and to evaluate their effectiveness in the context of historic preservation. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of event management and the planning process. It also describes the history of organizing cultural or social events at Czech castles and chateaus, the system of historic preservation, and finally security measures from the perspective of site protection. The practical part consists of qualitative research in the form of three in-depth interviews with selected cultural venues and organizers of cultural events. The research findings identify the measures used in practice and assign responsibility for their provision to the organiser. In addition, the analysis focuses on the approaches to security measures between private and state-owned venues and festival organisers and identifies them as congruent. |
