| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout vhodnou strategii pro společnost INVEST-STAR, která působí v oblasti stavebnictví. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány metody strategické analýzy. V praktické části dochází k aplikaci teoretických poznatků na společnost INVEST-STAR. V rámci metod strategické analýzy je nejprve provedena analýza okolí společnosti, ta se skládá z analýzy makrookolí a mikrookolí. Pro analýzu makrookolí je využita PESTEL analýza, analýza mikrookolí se skládá z charakteristiky odvětví a Porterova modelu pěti sil. Pro analýzu vnitřních zdrojů je užita především VRIO analýza a finanční analýza. Syntéza zmíněných metod je provedena prostřednictvím SWOT analýzy, ze které jsou následně formulována strategická doporučení pro podnik. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to propose a suitable strategy for the company INVEST-STAR, which operates in the field of construction. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part, where the theoretical part characterizes the methods of strategic analysis. In the practical part, the theoretical findings are applied to the company INVEST-STAR. Within the methods of strategic analysis, the first step is to analyze the company's environment, which consists of an analysis of the macro-environment and micro-environment. The PESTEL analysis is used to analyze the macro-environment, and the analysis of the micro-environment consists of a characterization of the industry and Porter's Five Forces model. VRIO analysis and financial analysis are mainly used to analyze internal resources. The synthesis of these methods is performed through a SWOT analysis, from which strategic recommendations for the company are subsequently formulated. |
