| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je věnována přípravě obchodního modelu sociálního podniku, jehož cílem bude snižování bariér pro zaměstnání a začlenění cizinců do české společnosti. V teoretické části práce jsou zohledněny materiály nezbytné k definování problému v oblasti integrace, a také je určen směr pro výzkum. Praktická část je věnována provádění vlastního výzkumu, formulování koncepce modelu integračního sociálního podniku a jeho následnému marketingovému a finančnímu rozboru. Výzkum práce je tvořen kombinací kvantitativních a kvalitativních metod se závěrečnou analýzou dat potřebných k formulaci obchodního modelu integračního sociálního podniku a dosažení jeho udržitelnosti. |

| Abstract: | This master's thesis is dedicated to developing a business model for a social enterprise with the goal of reducing employment barriers and facilitating the integration of foreigners into Czech society. The theoretical section includes an exploration of key materials needed to define integration-related challenges and establishes the research direction. The practical section encompasses independent research, formulation of the concept for the integration social enterprise, and subsequent marketing and financial analysis. The research methodology combines quantitative and qualitative methods, culminating in a final analysis of data essential for formulating a sustainable business model for the integration social enterprise. |
