| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se soustředí na kompetence headhunterů v konkrétní společnosti. Cílem bylo identifikovat klíčové kompetence, zjistit úroveň kompetenční mezery a navrhnout aktivity pro rozvoj headhunterů. Zjištění skutečné výše kompetence bylo docíleno kvalitativním výzkumem. Hodnocení kompetencí jednotlivých headhunterů bylo realizováno sebehodnocením, hodnocením nadřízeným a hodnocením autorkou na základě rozhovorů. Práce přináší konkrétní doporučení pro headhuntery, jak se aktivně rozvíjet v klíčových kompetencích, a tím následně odstranit kompetenční mezeru. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor´s Thesis focuses on the core competencies of headhunters in a specific company. The aim was to identify the core competencies, determine the level of the competency gap and propose activities for the development of headhunters. Finding out the actual level of competency was achieved through qualitative research. Competency assessment of individual headhunters was done by self-assessment, supervisor assessment and author assessment based on interviews. The paper provides specific recommendations for headhunters to actively develop themselves in core competencies, thereby subsequently closing the competency gap. |
