| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je využít metody strategické analýzy ke zhodnocení společnosti Meta Platforms a jejího postavení na trhu vzhledem ke konkurenci, identifikace silných a slabých stránek podniku, příležitostí a hrozeb. V teoretické části jsou popsány a vysvětleny dané analýzy, metody a jejich provedení. Praktická část se věnuje představení a provedení analýz makrookolí, mikrookolí a vnitřních zdrojů. Na konci práce je situace podniku zanalyzována pomocí SWOT analýzy a jsou zde také představena doporučení, která se zakládají na vyzkoumaných informacích z předchozích analýz. V závěru je uvedeno shrnutí zjištěných informací o společnosti a jejím tržním postavením. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this bachelor's thesis is to use strategic analysis methods to evaluate the company Meta Platforms and its market position in relation to competitors, identify the strengths and weaknesses of the business, opportunities, and threats. The theoretical part describes and explains the given analyses, methods, and their implementation. The practical part focuses on introducing the company and conducting analyses of the macro-environment, micro-environment, and internal resources. At the end of the thesis, the company's situation is analyzed using a SWOT analysis, and recommendations based on the information gathered from the previous analyses are presented. The conclusion provides a summary of the findings on the company and its market position. |
