Business plan of the company J-tella

Diplomová práce se zabývala sestavením podnikatelského plánu pro konkrétní produkt J-tella za pomoci různých analýz a metod. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na obecné pojmy jako startup, význam podnikatelského plánu až po kompletní strukturu podnikatelského plánu. Na základě teoretické části práce analyzuje a specifikuje podnikatelský plán pro produkt J-ttelu, čokoládovo-ovocnou pomazánku. Cílem práce je vyhodnotit použitelnost a životaschopnost tohoto produktu jako jedinečný produkt na stávajícím trhu sladkých marmelád. Pomocí jednotlivých analýz vnitřního i vnějšího prostředí zjistit různá specifika spojená s projektem. Rovněž finanční stránku podnikatelského nápadu a rizika, která mohou projekt potkat. Přínosem bude určení míry zajímavosti nápadu z pohledu investorů a zda se podnikateli vyplatí začít rozvíjet tento podnikatelský nápad.

The diploma thesis dealt with the compilation of a business plan for a specific J-tella product with the help of various analyses and methods. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on general concepts such as start-up, the meaning of a business plan, and the complete structure of a business plan. Based on the theoretical part, the thesis analyses and specifies the business plan for the product J-ttelu, a chocolate-fruit spread. The aim of the work is to evaluate the applicability and viability of this product as a unique product on the existing sweet marmalade market. With the help of individual analyses of the internal and external environment, various specifics associated with the project can be determined. Likewise, the financial side of the business idea and the risks that the project may encounter. The benefit will be determining the degree of interest of the idea from the point of view of investors and whether it is worthwhile for the entrepreneur to start developing this business idea.
