| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je nalezení tržní hodnoty podniku Rodinný pivovar BERNARD, a.s. pro účely hypotetického prodeje k datu 31. 12. 2021. Práce obsahuje strategickou analýzu podniku a relevantního trhu, finanční analýzu, analýzu a prognózu generátorů hodnoty, na jejichž základě byl sestaven finanční plán. Následovalo ocenění společnosti výnosovou metodou, přesněji metodou DCF APV. Jako podpůrná metoda byla použita metoda odvětvových multiplikátorů. Výsledkem této práce je intervalový odhad hodnoty oceňovaného podniku. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is the business valuation of the company Rodinný pivovar BERNARD, a.s. based on market value for hypothetic sale on the date 31. 12. 2021. The thesis contains a strategic analysis of the company and the relevant market, financial analysis, analysis and prediction of value drivers on which basis the financial plan was compiled. This was followed by the valuation of the company using the DCF APV method. As a supporting method, the multiples approach was used. The result of this thesis is the estimated range of the business value. |
