| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na strategickou analýzu podniku JAVAB s.r.o. jakožto klíčový proces při tvorbě podnikové strategie. Cílem práce je pomocí metod strategické analýzy zhodnotit současný stav podniku a navrhnout doporučení pro dlouhodobý vývoj podniku. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy a principy strategické analýzy včetně konkrétních nástrojů a metod jako PESTEL analýza, Porterův model pěti sil, VRIO analýza, finanční analýza, matice McKinseyho a SWOT analýza. V praktické části je představena společnost JAVAB s.r.o., na kterou byly aplikovány výše představené nástroje strategické analýzy a na základě výsledů jednotlivých analýz byla formulována strategická doporučení pro jeho budoucí směřování. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the strategic analysis of JAVAB s.r.o. as a key process in the development of corporate strategy. The aim of the thesis is to use the methods of strategic analysis to evaluate the current state of the company and to propose recommendations for the long-term development of the company. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts and principles of strategic analysis including specific tools and methods such as PESTEL analysis, Porter's five forces model, VRIO analysis, financial analysis, McKinsey matrix and SWOT analysis. In the practical part, JAVAB s.r.o. is presented, to which the above presented tools of strategic analysis were applied and based on the results of individual analyses, strategic recommendations for its future direction were formulated. |
