| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou adaptace zaměstnanců společnosti ABC, která je provozovatelem jednoho z českých letišť. Cílem práce je popsat a zanalyzovat aktuální adaptační proces ve společnosti, zhodnotit jeho efektivitu a spokojenost zaměstnanců s tímto procesem a navrhnout nápravná opatření. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů z oblasti personální práce, základních činností řízení lidských zdrojů, adaptace zaměstnanců a základních nástrojů adaptace. V praktické části je nejprve představena společnost ABC a popsán stávající adaptační proces, který je analyzován na základě dotazníkového šetření a rozhovorů s vedoucími pracovníky. V závěru této části jsou na základě rešerše literatury a výsledků analýzy navržena doporučení pro zlepšení adaptačního procesu společnosti ABC, který by mohl vést k větší efektivitě a spokojenosti zaměstnanců v období adaptace. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the adaptation of the employees of the company ABC which is the operator of one of the Czech airports. The aim of the thesis is to describe and analyze the current adaptation process in the company, to evaluate its effectiveness and employee satisfaction with this process and suggest corrective recommendations. The diploma thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of basic terms in the field of personnel work, basic parts of human resources management, adaptation of employees and basic tools of adaptation. In the practical part, the ABC company is firstly introduced and the current adaptation process is described. Current process is analyzed on the basis of a questionnaire survey and interviews with managers. At the end of this section, based on the literature research and the results of the analysis, recommendations are proposed for improving the adaptation process of the ABC company which could lead to greater efficiency and employee satisfaction during the adaptation period. |
