| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou podniku ABP Holding, a.s. Společnost působí v oblasti stavebnictví a soustředí se na provedení staveb, rekonstrukcí, či výstavbu inženýrských staveb. Cílem této práce je analýza vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí již zmíněné firmy a následná interpretace výsledků, to je zjistit jaké je postavení v konkurenčním prostředí, dále jaké má firma slabé a silné stránky. Dalším cílem bude identifikovat její příležitosti a hrozby. V teoretické části je popsáno, jaké způsoby a postupy se aplikují pro praktickou část bakalářské práce. Poté navazuje praktická část, kde jsou rozebrány jednotlivé analýzy jako: PESTLE analýza, analýza mikrookolí, finanční analýza, VRIO analýza a na konci SWOT analýza. Na závěr je uvedeno shrnutí a následné doporučení pro podnik, které pomůže podniku v následujících letech. |

| Abstract: | The Bachelor´s thesis deals with a strategic analysis of ABP Holding, a.s., which operates in the construction industry and focuses on contruction, reconstruction and engeneering projects. The aim of thesis is to analyze the internal and external environment of the company and subsequtently interpret the results, that is, to determine its position in the competetive environment as well as its strenghts and weaknesses. Another objective is to identify opportunities and threats for the company. The teoretical part describes the methods and oricedures applied for the practical part of the bachelor thesis. The practical part then includes various analyses such as PESTLE analysis, micro-enviroment analysis, financial analysis, VRIO analysis, and finally SWOT analysis, which conects all the previously analysis. In conclusion, a summary and subsequent recommendations for the company are provided, which will help the company in the following years. |
