| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá snížením provozních nákladů v ekofarmě v procesu zpracování býka. Provozní náklady v této ekofarmě jsou vysoké a snižují efektivitu celého procesu. Cílem této práce je analýza všech provozních nákladů, které ekofarmě v jednotlivých částech procesu vznikají, a také příjmů. První částí práce je podrobná literární rešerše. Následuje praktická část, ve které jsou podrobně analyzovány veškeré provozní náklady, které firmě v procesu zpracování býka vznikají. Za pomocí Išikavova diagramu a teorie omezení jsou identifikovány úzká místa tohoto procesu a následně pak zpracovány návrhy a doporučení, které by ekofarmě dokázaly snížit provozní náklady na jednoho býka o 35 850,44 Kč, což by způsobilo, že proces by byl třikrát efektivnější než v současné situaci. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the reduction of operating costs in the bull processing process in an organic farm. The operating costs in this organic farm are high and reduce the efficiency of the whole process. The aim of this thesis is to analyse all the operating costs that the organic farm incurs in defferent parts of the process and also the income. The first part of the thesis is a detailed literature search. This is followed by the practical part in which all the operational costs that the firm incurs in the bull processing process are analysed in detail. Using the Ishikawa diagram and the theory of constraints, the bottlenecks of the process are identified and then suggestions and recommendations are made that would enable the eco-farm to reduce the operating costs per bull by 35,850.44 CZK, making the process three times more efficient than the current situation. |
