| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem motivací a spokojeností zaměstnanců ve vybrané poradenské společnosti XY. Teoretická část se věnuje výčtu hlavních vedoucích témat k dané problematice. Definuje vybrané motivační teorie, motivaci v obecném slova smyslu a nástroje pracovní spokojenosti včetně popisu zaměstnaneckých benefitů a základním odměňovacím procesům. V praktické části diplomové práce bylo realizováno dotazníkové šetření na vybraném vzorku respondentů, kteří byli vybráni na základě délky působení ve vybrané poradenské společnosti. Závěr práce je věnován návrhům opatření, která by měla vést ke zlepšení současného stavu. Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat motivaci a spokojenost zaměstnanců vybrané poradenské společnosti. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the topic of employee motivation and satisfaction in the selected consulting company XY. The theoretical part is dedicated to listing the main leading topics on the given issue. It defines selected motivational theories, motivation in the general sense of the word, and job satisfaction tools, including a description of employee benefits and basic reward processes. In the practical part of the diploma thesis, a questionnaire survey was carried out on a selected sample of respondents who were selected based on the length of their employment in the selected consulting company. The conclusion of the work is devoted to proposals for measures that should lead to an improvement of the current situation. The main goal of the work is to analyse the motivation and satisfaction of the employees of the selected consulting company. |
