| Abstract: | Práce se zaměřuje na oblast city logistiky, konkrétně na parcel boxy, které jsou novodobým inovačním a technologickým řešením v rámci problematiky KEB služeb. Zákaznická poptávka tažena každoročním růstem e-commerce nutí poskytovatele KEB služeb nalézat nová řešení pro efektivní provoz. Součástí práce je popis trhu KEB operátorů a dále české e-commerce. Část věnovaná parcel boxům prezentuje nové modulární konstrukce, řeší úspory z jejich provozu a věnuje se i jejím samotných provozovatelů v ČR. Představena je i distribuční síť parcel boxů v Evropě společně s preferencemi zákazníků v zahraničí. Cílem diplomové práce je zjištění preferencí a zkušeností respondentů v souvislosti s parcel boxy na základě vypracovaného dotazníku. Z výsledků práce vyplývá, že typický respondent preferuje parcel boxy společnosti Alza či Zásilkovny v blízkosti svého bydliště v okruhu do 500 m. Za svou zásilku obsahující elektroniky při tom zaplatí předem a zboží si raději vyzvedne zadáním kódu na terminálu než mobilní aplikací. |

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on the field of city logistics, specifically on parcel lockers, which are a modern innovative and technological solution within the issue of KEB services. Customer demand driven by the annual growth of e-commerce forces KEB service providers to find new solutions for efficient operation. Part of the thesis is a description of the Czech market of KEB operators and also e-commerce. The section devoted to parcel lockers presents new modular solutions, then solves savings from their operation and also addresses their operators in the Czech Republic. The parcel box distribution network in Europe is also presented together with the preferences of customers abroad. The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out the respondents' preferences and experiences in connection with parcel lockers based on a developed questionnaire. The results of the work show that a typical respondent prefers parcel locker of Alza or Zásilkovna company near their residence within a radius of 500 m. They pay in advance for their shipment containing electronics and prefer to pick up the goods by entering a code on the terminal rather than using a mobile application. |
