| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza stávajících interních logistických procesů ve společnosti Dáme jídlo a návrh způsobu zlepšení a zefektivnění. Daná bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě časti, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy v logistice, její cíle, objasnění logistických toků a členění logistických procesů. Praktická část bude zaměřena na popis interních logistických procesů společnosti Dáme jídlo v Praze. Cílem bude upozornit na silné a slabé stránky logistických procesů společnosti, a na základě shromážděných informací navrhnout možnosti pro zlepšení efektivity a optimalizace. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor's thesis is the analysis of the existing internal logistics processes in the company Dáme jídlo and the proposal of a way to improve and make them more efficient. This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, there is an explanation of basic terms in logistics, its goals, clarification of logistics flows and breakdown of logistics processes. The practical part will focus on the description of the internal logistics processes of the company Dáme jídlo in Prague. The goal will be to draw attention to the strengths and weaknesses of the company's logistics processes, and based on the collected information, propose options for improving efficiency and optimization. |
