| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce pojednává o zaměstnaneckých benefitech a jejich roli v retenci zaměstnanců. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny pojmy jako retence, benefity, odměňovaní, role odměňování, motivační teorie, motivace a hygienické faktory, Jsou zde dále vyjmenovány různé typy benefitů a jaký je jejich vliv na celkovou úspěšnost firmy jako celku. V praktické časti je pak popsaná metoda sběru dat. Jedná se o anonymizované dotazníkové šetření ve vybraných společnostech, jehož cílem byla analýza nabídky zaměstnaneckých výhod na straně jedné a na straně druhé pak i spokojenost zaměstnanců s danou nabídkou. Výsledky této práce mohou sloužit jako inspirace pro menší firmy, které se snaží vylepšit pracovní prostředí pro své zaměstnance, a posloužit jako základ pro další výzkum v této oblasti. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with employee benefits and their role in employee retention. The theoretical part of the thesis explains concepts such as retention, benefits, remuneration, the role of remuneration, motivation theory, motivation, and hygiene factors, it also lists the different types of benefits and how they affect the overall success of the company as a whole. The practical section then describes the method of data collection. It is an anonymised questionnaire survey in selected companies, the aim of which was to analyse the offer of employee benefits on the one hand and the satisfaction of employees with the offer on the other hand. The results of this work can serve as an inspiration for smaller companies trying to improve the working environment for their employees and serve as a basis for further research in this area. |
