| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce popisuje stres a syndrom vyhoření. Hlavním cílem této práce je zjistit dopady stresu a s tím spojeného syndromu vyhoření na osoby působící na manažerských pozicích v Pardubickém kraji. Nejprve je vysvětlena manažerská pozice a následně pojem stres, jeho fáze, metody a měření. Následující kapitola pojednává o syndromu vyhoření a prevenci. Prostřednictvím kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření práce zkoumá, do jaké míry se projevuje stres a syndrom vyhoření na manažerech. Výsledkem práce je zjištění, že mnoho tázaných stres vnímá a snaží se s ním pracovat. Přibližně jedna třetina dotazovaných se dle výsledku MBI dotazníku nachází v úrovni vyhoření, anebo jsou vyhořením ohroženi. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis describes stress and burnout syndrome. The main aim of this thesis is to find out the effects of stress and the associated burnout syndrome on people working in managerial positions in the Pardubice Region, Czech Republic. First, the managerial position is explained and then the concept of stress, its phases, methods and measurement. The following chapter deals with burnout syndrome and prevention. Through a quantitative questionnaire survey, the thesis examines to what extent stress and burnout syndrome are affecting managers. As a result, the thesis finds that many interviewees perceive stress and try to work with it. Approximately one-third of the respondents are at the level of burnout or are at risk of burnout according to the MBI questionnaire results. |
