The goal of this thesis is to explore the feasibility of establishing a tennis academy that caters to players of all ages and skill levels with a primary focus on two groups: junior players aged 5-19 and adults aged between 20-65 years old. The thesis provides a comprehensive market analysis of the tennis industry in Russia using tools such as PESTEL analysis, Porter’s 5 Forces, the Business Model Canvas, and TAM, SAM, SOM analytical tools. It also includes an operations and marketing plan, financial forecasts, and future goals using SMART objectives. The business plan aims to create a profitable and sustainable tennis academy that offers high-quality coaching, tennis facilities, and equipment.
