| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje dobrovolnictví na Mezinárodním festivalu dokumentárních filmů Jihlava. Cílem práce je analyzovat využívané metody práce s dobrovolníky pomocí hloubkového rozhovoru s koordinátorkou dobrovolníků a dotazníkového šetření s respondenty z řad dobrovolníků festivalu a na základě této analýzy doporučit postupy pro management festivalové komunity dobrovolníků. Výzkumná část této práce se zaměřuje na metody evaluace dobrovolnické činnosti na festivalu a také na metody využívané v rámci managementu dobrovolnické komunity. Zkoumá přístup samotných dobrovolníků k evaluaci jejich práce a jejich názor na komunitu dobrovolníků v souvislosti s počtem ročníků, kterých se již zúčastnili. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis is devoted to volunteering at the Ji.hlava International Documentary Film Festival. The thesis aims to analyze the methods used to work with volunteers through an in-depth interview with the volunteer coordinator and a questionnaire survey with respondents from the ranks of the festival's volunteers. Based on this analysis, recommend procedures for managing the festival's volunteer community. The research part of this work focuses on methods of evaluating volunteer activity at the festival and methods used in managing the volunteer community. It examines the volunteers' approach to evaluating their work and their opinion of the volunteer community in relation to the number of years they have already participated. |
