| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvořit analýzu systému AutoDispo vybrané společnosti XY. V teoretické části je popsán systém AutoDispo a jeho aktuální fungování ve vybrané společnosti XY. Dále je zde uvedeno, jak probíhala implementace systému AutoDispo ve vybrané společnosti XY, jaké podněty ho ovlivňují, a jeho hlavní výhody. Hlavním cílem práce není porovnání systému AutoDispo se staršími systémy, které vybraná společnost XY v minulosti využívala. V praktické části je úkolem nalezení slabých míst a negativ systému AutoDispo. Je zde nastíněno, jak a kde díky systému AutoDispo vybraná společnost XY ušetřila. Pomocí polostrukturovaného dotazníkového šetření, které bylo vedeno s několika zaměstnanci vybrané společnosti XY, je identifikováno, jak systém AutoDispo ovlivňuje práci v externích skladech a na prodejnách vybrané společnosti XY. Byla vytvořena SWOT analýza systému AutoDispo a následně vysloveny návrhy pro možné překonání negativních dopadů, které přináší působení systému AutoDispo vybrané společnosti XY. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create an analysis of the AutoDispo system of the selected company XY. The theoretical part describes the AutoDispo system and its current functioning in the selected company XY. Furthermore, it is presented how the implementation of the AutoDispo system in the selected company XY took place, what incentives influence it, and its main advantages. The main objective of the paper is not to compare AutoDispo with legacy systems that the selected company XY has used in the past. In the practical part, the task is to find the weaknesses and negatives of the AutoDispo system. It outlines how and where the selected company XY has saved money thanks to AutoDispo. Using a semi-structured questionnaire survey conducted with several employees of the selected company XY, it is identified how the AutoDispo system affects the work in the external warehouses and stores of the selected company XY. A SWOT analysis of the AutoDispo system was created and then suggestions were made for possible overcoming the negative impacts of the AutoDispo system on the selected company XY. |
