| Abstract: | Práce popisuje a srovnává tři spolky pečující o nemovité kulturní památky v obcích na Kutnohorsku. Spolek Bartoloměj a spolek Sionský kostelík pečují o kostely v havarijním stavu a spolek Muzeum Malešov o bývalý zámek, kde realizuje netradiční muzeum. V práci jsou popsány strategie a vize spolků, jejich společné rysy a hlavní rozdíly a jejich význam pro kulturní a společenský život v obci. Výzkum používá analýzu literatury a zdrojů, vlastní pozorování a hloubkové rozhovory s relevantními aktéry. |

| Abstract: | The thesis describes and compares three voluntary organizations that focus on the preservation of historic monuments in Kutná Hora District. The voluntary organizations Bartoloměj and Sionský kostelík maintain churches in critical conditions, and the voluntary organization Muzeum Malešov maintains a former chateau, in which it also runs an unorthodox museum. The thesis elaborates on the strategies and visions of the particular voluntary organizations, their co-defining qualities and their main differences, as well as their role in cultural and public life. The research methods used are literary analysis, personal observation, and interviews with relevant individuals. |
