| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracovat návrh provozu budoucí analytické laboratoře ve firmě Konopný Táta s.r.o., která se zabývá prodejem produktů obsahujících CBD (kanabidiol). Analytická laboratoř firmě bude sloužit k rozboru obsahu CBD a THC. K návrhu a mapování procesu budou použity metody flowchart a SIPOC. Dalším cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvořit kalkulace návratnosti, zdali se firmě vyplatí otevřít si vlastní laboratoř a za jakých okolností by se jí to vyplatilo. Zde budou využity podklady, které má podnik k dispozici. Nakonec budou analyzována některá rizika spojená se spuštěním laboratoře, na které se pokusím navrhnout opatření. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate a proposal for the operation of a future analytical laboratory in the company Konopný Táta s.r.o., which deals with the sale of products containing CBD (cannabidiol). The analytical laboratory of the company will be used for the analysis of CBD and THC content. Flowchart and SIPOC methods will be used to design and map the process. Another objective of this bachelor thesis is to create a payback calculation of whether it would be worthwhile for the company to open its own laboratory and under what circumstances. This will make use of the documents available to the company. Finally, some risks associated with starting a laboratory will be analyzed and I will try to suggest measures to address them. |
