| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je nalezení a posouzení silných a slabých stránek podniku XYZ. Zároveň budou zkoumány i hrozby a příležitosti. Tento cíl bude dosažen pomocí strategické analýzy a jejími nástroji. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V rámci teoretické části budou popsány metody, které budou následně použity v části praktické. Mezi tyto metody patří analýza PESTLE pro identifikaci makrookolí. Pro mikrookolí podniku pak bude použita metoda konkurenčních map a Porterův model pěti sil. Analýza vnitřních zdrojů bude provedena pomocí analýzy VRIO, procesní a finanční analýzy. Celkový výstup bude sumarizován pomocí SWOT analýzy, z jejíž výsledků vznikne formulace současného stavu podniku a strategických doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The purpose of this bachelor's thesis is to find and assess the strengths and weaknesses of the company XYZ. At the same time, threats and opportunities will also be examined. This goal will be achieved with the help of strategic analysis and its tools. The work consists of a theoretical and a practical part. As part of the theoretical part, methods will be described, which will subsequently be used in the practical part. These methods include PEST analysis to identify macroenvironments. The method of competitive maps and Porter's five forces model will then be used for the microenvironment of the company. Internal resource analysis will be done using VRIO analysis, process analysis and financial analysis. The overall output will be summarized using a SWOT analysis, the results of which will result in the formulation of the current state of the company and strategic recommendations. |
