| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na rozbor a zhodnocení společenské odpovědnosti ve dvou zvolených společnostech, kterými jsou Arte spol. s r.o. a Groupe SEB ČR s.r.o. Cílem práce je zvýšit povědomí o významu společenské odpovědnosti firem a přispět k lepšímu porozumění a hodnocení jejich aktivit. Metodika výzkumu zahrnuje sběr dat prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření a rozhovorů a následnou analýzu těchto dat. Výsledkem práce je komparace stavu CSR obou firem a doporučení pro možná budoucí zlepšení. Práce přináší přínos v podobě možného zlepšení aktivit společenské odpovědnosti ve zkoumaných firmách a potencionální inspirace pro další podniky v České republice. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis and evaluation of corporate social responsibility in two selected companies, which are Arte spol. s r.o. and Groupe SEB ČR s.r.o. The aim of the thesis is to raise awareness of the importance of corporate social responsibility and to contribute to a better understanding and evaluation of their activities. The research methodology involves data collection through questionnaire survey and interviews, followed by analysis of these data. The result of the work is a comparison of the CSR status of the two companies and recommendations for possible future improvements. The thesis provides a contribution in the form of possible improvement of CSR activities in the studied companies and potential inspiration for other companies in the Czech Republic. |
