| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje optimalizaci vstupní kontroly zboží ve společnosti Sportisimo s.r.o., která nedávno přestěhovalo svůj centrální sklad a začala využívat nové technologie – EDI komunikací a SSCC kódy. Cílem této práce je zanalyzovat stávající vstupní kontrolu a její plány do budoucna pomocí nových technologií. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků budou navrhnuta vhodná doporučení, která mohou pomoci zefektivnit vstupní kontrolu. Práce se nejdříve v teoretické části věnuje pojmům jako logistika, řízení dodavatelského řetězce, skladování, automatická identifikaci, SSCC kódy a EDI komunikace. V praktické části je provedena analýza vstupní kontroly, popsáno praktické využití EDI v kombinaci s SSCC kódy při příjmu zboží. V závěru práce jsou popsány získané poznatky a navrhnutá doporučení. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the optimization of inbound goods control in Sportisimo s.r.o., which recently moved its central warehouse and started to use new technologies such as EDI communication and SSCC codes. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current incoming control and its future plans using new technologies. Based on the gaps identified, appropriate recommendations will be proposed that can help to make the entry control more efficient. The theoretical part of the thesis first discusses concepts such as logistics, supply chain management, warehousing, automatic identification, SSCC codes and EDI communication. In the emperical part, an analysis of inbound control is made, and the practical use of EDI in combination with SSCC codes in receiving goods is described. The paper concludes with a description of the findings and proposed recommendations. |
