| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je pomocí metod strategické analýzy navrhnout společnosti STOELZLE UNION s.r.o. strategická doporučení pro překonání krize a udržení pevného postavení na trhu. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou na základě odborné literatury představeny hlavní metody strategické analýzy. V praktické části jsou tyto metody aplikovány a použity k analýze společnosti. Konkrétně se jedná o PESTLE analýzu, analýzu odvětví, Porterův model pěti sil, VRIO analýzu, finanční analýzu a Porterův hodnototvorný řetězec. Následně je zpracována SWOT analýza, na základě, které jsou poté formulována jednotlivá strategická doporučení. Mezi hlavní doporučení patří snížení nákladů, zajištění dostatečné pracovní síly, řízení dopadu rostoucích požadavků na kvalitu výrobků a udržitelnost výroby a na zvládání měnového rizika. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to use the methods of strategic analysis to propose strategic recommendations for STOELZLE UNION s.r.o. to overcome the crisis and maintain a strong position on the market. The thesis consists of two parts. In the theoretical part, the main methods of strategic analysis are presented on the basis of the literature. In the practical part these methods are applied and used to analyze the company. Specifically, these are PESTLE analysis, industry analysis, Porter's five forces model, VRIO analysis, financial analysis and Porter's value chain. Subsequently, a SWOT analysis is prepared, on the basis of which individual strategic recommendations are then formulated. The main recommendations include reducing costs, ensuring a sufficient workforce, managing the impact of increasing demands on product quality and production sustainability, and managing currency risk. |
