Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení systému školení zaměstnanců vybrané společnosti. Společnost zůstává kvůli interním přáním anonymní a jmenuje se XYZ. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část vychází z odborné literatury a obsahuje základní pojmy nutné k pochopení této problematiky. Jsou zde definovány procesy systematického vzdělávání a rozvoje personálu a nejčastěji používané vzdělávací metody. V další části je popsána společnost XYZ a porovnány teoretické informace se skutečnostmi získanými při šetření. Závěrečná část uvádí doporučení, která by mohla pomoci zlepšit situaci v sektoru vzdělávání personálu XYZ. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor's thesis focuses on the evaluation of the employee training system of the selected company. The company remains anonymous due to internal wishes and is called XYZ. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is based on professional literature and contains basic concepts necessary to understand this issue. The processes of systematic education and development of personnel and the most frequently used educational methods are defined here. In the next part, the XYZ company is described and theoretical information is compared with the facts obtained during the investigation. The final section presents recommendations that could help improve the situation in the XYZ staff training sector. |
