| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá pracovní dobou a moderním přístupům k ní. Cílem práce bylo vyhodnotit komplexně vývoj pracovní doby až po současnost, zmapovat možný budoucí vývoj v České republice podle trendů ze zahraničí a podrobit jednotlivá témata výzkumu mezi zaměstnanci v mezinárodní firmě Nestlé Česko s.r.o., což je jeden z významných českých i celosvětových zaměstnavatelů. Teoretická část se zaměřila na legislativní vývoj pracovní doby na území dnešní České republiky až po současnou úpravu zákoníku práce s ohledem na pracovní dobu. Dále se teoretická část věnuje současné situaci na trhu práce a moderním přístupům k pracovní době, včetně změny po pandemii covid-19. Tyto informace byly zpracovány metodou literární rešerše s pomocí českých a zahraničních zdrojů. Dotazníkové šetření v praktické části mezi zaměstnanci Nestlé Česko s.r.o. ukázalo preference zaměstnanců v moderních přístupech k pracovní době a potvrdilo domněnky z teoretické části, z nichž vyplynulo závěrečné doporučení pro Nestlé Česko s.r.o. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with working time and modern approaches to it. The aim of the thesis was to comprehensively evaluate the development of working hours up to the present, to map possible future developments in the Czech Republic according to trends from abroad and to subject individual research topics to employees in the international company Nestlé Česko s.r.o., which is one of the most important Czech and global employers. The theoretical part is focused on the legislative development of working hours in the territory of today's Czech Republic up to the current amendment of the Labor Code with regards to working hours. Furthermore, the theoretical part is devoted to the current situation on the labor market and modern approaches to working time, including changes after the covid-19 pandemic. This information was processed using the method of literary research with the help of Czech and foreign sources. Questionnaire showed the preferences of employees in modern approaches to working time and confirmed the assumptions from the theoretical part, which resulted in the final recommendation for Nestlé Česko s.r.o. |
