| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou dopadů COVIDU-19 na trh práce v Ústeckém kraji a jeho nezaměstnanosti. Analýza probíhala ve sledovaném období od začátku roku 2020 až po konec dubna roku 2021. Práce se především zaměřuje na evidované uchazeče o zaměstnání, kteří byli v období koronavirové epidemie zapsáni na úřad práce. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat dopady COVIDU-19 na trh práce v Ústeckém kraji, jeho míru nezaměstnanosti a popsat nejvíce postižené skupiny obyvatel, profese a odvětví. Teoretická část se zabývá popisem trhu práce, druhy nezaměstnaností, jejími negativními dopady a politikou zaměstnanosti. Praktická část obsahuje charakteristiku Ústeckého kraje, jeho hospodářství, silné a slabé stránky a aktuální situaci na trhu práce. Následuje analýza nezaměstnanosti ve sledovaném období, která se zaměřuje na věk, pohlaví, dosažené vzdělání a délku evidence uchazečů. Data vychází z Českého statistického úřadu. Na závěr je popsán program Antivirus, jeho využití a výše podpor. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the impacts of COVID-19 on the labour market in the Ústí nad Labem Region and its unemployment. The analysis was carried out in the monitored period from the beginning of 2020 to the end of April 2021. The thesis focuses primarily on registered job seekers who were registered at the Labor Office during the coronavirus epidemic. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the impacts of COVID-19 on the labour market in the Ústí nad Labem Region, and its unemployment rate and to describe the most affected population groups, occupations, and sectors. The theoretical part deals with the description of the labour market, types of unemployment, its negative effects, and employment policy. The practical part contains the characteristics of the Ústí nad Labem Region, its economy, strengths and weaknesses and the current situation in the labour market. This is followed by an analysis of unemployment in the monitored period, which focuses on age, gender, educational attainment, and length of registration of applicants. The data are based on the Czech Statistical Office. Finally, the Antivirus program, its use and the amount of support are described. |
