Goals include evaluating the model's potential benefits, drawbacks, and suitability across industries. The mixed-methods study employs a quantitative survey of 100 respondents and qualitative interviews with three managers. Findings reveal improvements in productivity, well-being, recruitment, and retention, with challenges such as initial scepticism and coordination difficulties. The thesis supports the four-day workweek for suitable industries and offers valuable insight for businesses considering the model. |

| Abstract: | Tato práce zkoumá proveditelnost a důsledky zavedení čtyřdenního pracovního týdne. Mezi cíle patří vyhodnocení potenciálních výhod, nevýhod a vhodnosti modelu napříč odvětvími. Studie smíšených metod využívá kvantitativní průzkum 100 respondentů a kvalitativní rozhovory se třemi manažery. Zjištění odhalují zlepšení v produktivitě, blahobytu, náboru a udržení, s problémy, jako je počáteční skepticismus a potíže s koordinací. Práce podporuje čtyřdenní pracovní týden pro vhodná odvětví a nabízí cenné informace pro podniky, které tento model zvažují. |
