| Abstract: | Náplní a cílem práce je připravit podnikatelský plán pro začínající čajovnu v Praze. Dokument je rozdělen do dvou hlavních částí – teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část vymezuje pojmy podnikání a podnikatelský plán a podrobně popisuje metody a analýzy, které jsou následně využity v praktické části. Druhá část se soustředí na aplikaci poznatků na konkrétní podnikatelský záměr. Po představení podnikatelského nápadu následuje analýza okolí firmy, představení marketingové strategie, personálního zabezpečení a seznámení se s finančním plánem podniku. Slabé a silné stránky jsou zhodnoceny pomocí SWOT analýzy, na kterou navazuje analýza rizik. V závěru práce je provedeno vyhodnocení úspěšnosti podnikatelského plánu společně s doporučeními pro zakladatele firmy. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the work is to prepare a business plan for a new tea house in Prague. The document is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines the concepts of entrepreneurship and business plan and describes in detail the methods and analyses that are subsequently used in the practical part. The second part focuses on the application of obtained knowledge to a specific business plan. The introduction of the business idea is followed by an analysis of the company's environment, an introduction to the marketing strategy, staffing and an introduction to the financial plan of the business. Weaknesses and strengths are evaluated using a SWOT analysis, followed by a risk analysis. The thesis concludes with an evaluation of the success of the business plan along with recommendations for the company founders. |
