Abstract:
This bachelor thesis investigates the impact of HRM on improving workforce productivity in Azerbaijan. Terminology and literature review provided in this paper, were used as the theoretical background for analysis and assessment of the research outcomes. Through interviews with two HR managers from different companies, data was gathered and analyzed using an inductive approach. The findings revealed a strong understanding of HR concepts and a commitment to enhancing productivity. Key factors influencing productivity were identified. Recommendations include addressing cultural and mental barriers and adopting technology for productivity improvement. This study contributes to the literature on HRM in Azerbaijan and provides practical insights for organizations to optimize their HR strategies and improve productivity.
