| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je sepsání konkrétního podnikatelského plánu založené společnosti GolfDren Solutions s.r.o. Výstupem práce je ověření životaschopnosti společnosti a analýza silných a slabých stránek spolu s příležitostmi a hrozbami. V teoretické části jsou blíže vysvětleny pojmy podnikání a podnikatele, struktura podnikatelského plánu a jeho kritéria hodnocení. V praktické části je čtenář blíže seznámen s oborem podnikání společnosti, dále je popsána podnikatelská příležitost a pro přehlednost je vytvořen business model lean canvas. V podnikatelském plánu je provedena analýza trhu, konkurence a je sestaven marketingový mix a finanční plán. Veškerá zjištění jsou shrnuta do SWOT analýzy a analýzy rizik. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to write a concrete business plan for the company GolfDren Solutions s.r.o. The output of the thesis is to verify the viability of the company and analyze the strengths and weaknesses along with opportunities and threats. The theoretical part explains in more detail the concepts of business and entrepreneur, the structure of the business plan and its evaluation criteria. In the practical part, the reader is introduced to the company's line of business in more detail, the business opportunity is described and a lean canvas business model is created for clarity. In the business plan, market and competitor analysis is performed and a marketing mix and financial plan is developed. All the findings are summarized in a SWOT analysis and risk analysis. |
