| Abstract: | Práce se věnuje problematice vyřazení ruských a běloruských sportovců po invazi Ruska na Ukrajinu v únoru 2022. Zaměřuje se především na mapování vývoje postoje Mezinárodního olympijského výboru a vybraných sportovních federací během jednoho roku od vypuknutí války. Dále se také zabývá názorem evropských včetně české komise sportovců. Hlavním závěrem jsou postoje různých sportovních odvětví k problematice účasti či neúčasti ruských a běloruských sportovců ve světovém sportu. Nejdůležitější je asi proměna názoru MOV, který se snaží za aby někteří z nich mohli na sportovních akcích za přísných podmínek startovat. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the issue of the elimination of Russian and Belarusian athletes after Russia's invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. It mainly focuses on mapping the development of the attitude of the International Olympic Committee and selected sports federations within one year of the outbreak of the war. It also deals with the opinion of the European, including the Czech, athletes' commission. The main conclusion is the attitudes of various sports sectors to the issue of the participation or non-participation of Russian and Belarusian athletes in world sports. The most important thing is probably the change of opinion of the IOC, which is trying to ensure that some of them can start at sports events under strict conditions. |
