| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vzdělávání a rozvoj zaměstnanců ve společnosti XY. Cílem je posoudit vzdělávací systém ve vybrané organizaci XY a identifikovat jeho silné a slabé stránky. Hlavní přínos práce spočívá v návrhu opatření, jejichž realizace povede ke zlepšení tohoto systému. Dílčím cílem je shrnutí teoretických východisek. Teoretická část práce se věnuje definici vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců, významu těchto aktivit pro organizace a systematickému vzdělávání. V praktické části práce jsou pomocí kvalitativního šetření popsány vzdělávací a rozvojové aktivity vybrané organizace a následně jsou pomocí kvantitativního výzkumu analyzovány a zhodnoceny. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the training and development of employees in company XY. The aim is to assess the training system in the selected organization XY and identify its strengths and weaknesses. The main contribution of the thesis lies in the proposal of measures whose implementation will lead to the improvement of this system. A sub-objective is a summary of the theoretical background. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the definition of employee training and development, the importance of these activities for organizations and systematic training. In the practical part of the thesis, the training and development activities of the selected organisation are described using qualitative research and then analysed and evaluated using quantitative research. |
