| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této práce je zhodnocení momentálního stavu a jednání společnosti Pražská energetika vůči současným trendům významným pro elektroenergetické prostředí. Nástroje strategické analýzy, vysvětlené v teoretické části, zde tyto trendy v praktické části dělí na příležitosti a hrozby, přičemž v sekci syntéza SWOT analýzy jsou rozebrány jejich dopady na silné a slabé stránky vnitřního prostředí podniku. Na základě analýzy těchto interakcí jsou poskytnuta doporučení, která by mohla Pražské energetice zajistit úspěšný růst a zároveň jí pomohla naplnit vlastní kladené strategické cíle v konkurenčním prostředí. Součástí závěru je také zhodnocení relevance a souladu současné strategie vůči skutečnostem ve vnějším prostředí. |

| Abstract: | The main objective of this thesis is to evaluate the current state and behavior of the company Pražská energetika in relation to the current trends important for the electroenergetic industry. The tools of strategic analysis, explained in the theoretical part, divide these trends into opportunities and threats in the practical part, while the synthesis of SWOT analysis pays attention to their impact on the strengths and weaknesses of the company’s internal environment. Based on the analysis of these interactions, recommendations are provided that could ensure successful growth for Pražská energetika and help to meet its self-imposed strategic objectives in its competitive environment. The conclusion also includes an assessment of the relevance and alignment of the current strategies regarding external realities. |
