| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá controllingovým oddělením ve vybraném podniku. Hlavním cílem je identifikovat jeho slabá a navrhnout zlepšení, která by tyto nedostatky odstranila a podpořila řízení podniku. Aby bylo dosaženo cíle práce, v teoretické části je rozebrána podstata a funkce controllingu včetně jeho nástrojů. V praktické části je popsán podnik a jeho controlling. Výzkumnou metodou je kombinace komparace s literaturou a výsledkem datové analýzy z polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Výzkumný soubor tvoří controlleři z jiných společností. Výsledkem je analýza dat, jenž potvrzuje nebo vyvrací nedostatky. V poslední části jsou navržena jejich řešení. Cíl práce byl naplněn, hlavním řešením byla navržená analýza odchylek. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the controlling department in the selected company. The main goal is to identify its weaknesses and propose improvements that would eliminate these shortcomings and support the management of the company. In order to achieve the goal of the work, the essence and function of controlling, including its tools, are discussed in the theoretical part. The practical part describes the company and its controlling. The research method is a combination of comparison with literature and the result of data analysis from semi-structured interviews. The research file consists mostly of controllers from other companies. The result is a data analysis that confirms or refutes deficiencies. Their solutions are proposed in the last part. The goal was fulfilled, main proposed solution was a variance analysis tool. |
