| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou leadershipu umělecké zájmové organizace. V teoretické části objasňuje obecný pojem leadership, jeho základní významy a proměny. Zaměřuje se také na osobu a osobnost lídra, jeho vlastnosti, schopnosti a dovednosti, které jsou pro výkon této pozice klíčové. Praktická část zahrnuje představení organizace, analýzu leadershipu jednotlivých lídrů, identifikaci nedostatků a navržení doporučení. V práci jsou použity metody případové studie, dotazníkového šetření a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Cílem práce je analýza leadershipu využívaného jednotlivými lídry v zájmové organizaci se zaměřením na budoucnost, dlouhodobost a motivaci jedinců, zjištění kvalit a zároveň nedostatků ve vedení a řízení organizace. Přínosem této práce je již samotná analýza užívaného leadershipu a poukázání na jeho nedostatky, obzvlášť pak doporučení, která udávají jasné podněty a způsoby ke zlepšení. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the leadership of an artistic interest organization. In the theoretical part it explains the general concept of leadership, its basic meanings and changes. It also focuses on the person and personality of the leader, his qualities, abilities and skills that are crucial for the performance of his position. The practical part includes an introduction to the organisation, an analysis of the leadership of individual leaders, identification of gaps and suggesting recommendations. The methods used in the work are case study, questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the leadership used by individual leaders in the organization of interest with a focus on the future, long-term and motivation of individuals, identifying qualities and also shortcomings in the leadership and management of the organization. The contribution of this thesis is the analysis of the leadership used itself and pointing out its shortcomings, as well as recommendations that give clear suggestions and ways to improve. |
