| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá změnami v organizaci nákupu v kontextu pandemie COVID-19. Cílem práce je identifikovat nejsignifikantnější dopady na organizaci nákupu českých firem. V první části práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy související s nákupem a přehled dosavadní poznatků v oblasti dopadů pandemie na dodavatelsko-odběratelské řetězce a nákupní chování organizací. V praktické části autor prezentuje závěry z realizovaného kvalitativního výzkumu, který byl založen na hloubkových rozhovorech se zástupci firem a pracovníky v nákupu. Nejdůležitějšími zjištěními jsou zvýšený důraz podniků na řízení rizik, plánování kontinuity činností a akcelerace v digitalizaci nákupních procesů. |

| Abstract: | The Bachelor’s Thesis deals with changes in the organisation of purchasing in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The thesis aims to identify the most significant impacts on purchasing operations of Czech companies. The first part of the thesis defines the basic concepts related to purchasing. It reviews the existing knowledge of the pandemic's impact on the supply chain and purchasing behaviour of organisations. In the practical part, the author presents the findings from the qualitative research conducted based on in-depth interviews with firm representatives and purchasing personnel. The most important findings are the increased emphasis of companies on risk management, business continuity planning and the acceleration in the digitalisation of purchasing processes. |
