| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení systému odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců ve společnosti Gerresheimer Horsovsky Tyn spol. s.r.o. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První část obsahuje teoretický základ, který byl vytvořen na základě literární rešerše. V teoretické části je popsána motivace a její teorie, dále pak řízení odměňování, typy odměn a benefitní systém. V praktické části se práce kromě představení společnosti zaměřuje na nastavené procesy v daném podniku pomocí případové studie. Následně jsou zjištěná data zpracována a porovnána s teoretickým základem. V případě nalezení slabých stránek systému odměňování a motivace jsou navržena možná doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the rewards system and motivation of employees in the company Gerresheimer Horsovsky Tyn spol. s.r.o. The thesis consists of two parts. The first part contains the theoretical basis, which was created based on a literature search. The theoretical part describes the motivation and its theory, then reward management, types of rewards, and benefits system. In the practical part, besides introducing the company, the thesis focuses on the processes set up in the company by using a case study. Subsequently, the observed data are processed and compared with the theoretical basis. If weaknesses are found in the reward system, possible recommendations are suggested. |
