| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem a změnami kulturních a vzdělávacích aktivit obyvatelstva mikroregionu Zlín. Popisuje problematiku vývoje kulturní infrastruktury od konce 19. století ve vazbě na socio-ekonomický rozvoj území, identifikuje souvztažnost mezi nárůstem kulturní infrastruktury a vzdělávací soustavy. Pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu formou řízených rozhovorů s aktéry vzdělávací soustavy, kulturní infrastruktury, veřejné správy a se stakeholdery, definuje bariéry využívání aktuální kulturní infrastruktury. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis explores the development and changes in cultural and educational activities of the population in the microregion of Zlín. It describes the issues related to the development of cultural infrastructure since the late 19th century, in connection with the socio-economic development of the region. It identifies the correlation between the growth of cultural infrastructure and the educational system. Through qualitative research using guided interviews with stakeholders from the educational system, cultural infrastructure, public administration, and other stakeholders, it defines the barriers to the utilization of the current cultural infrastructure. |
