| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou týmové práce u agilně řízených projektů. Cílem práce bylo identifikovat faktory ovlivňující týmovou práci ve vybrané firmě a navrhnout doporučení pro rozvoj v této oblasti. Výzkum probíhal na základě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se zaměstnanci vybrané firmy. V závěru práce jsou formulovány konkrétní kroky a doporučení s cílem rozvoje v oblasti týmové práce. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the issue of teamwork in agilely managed projects. The aim of the work was to identify factors influencing teamwork at the selected firm and to propose recommendations for development in this area. The research was based on semi-structured interviews with employees of the selected firm. At the end of the work, concrete steps and recommendations are formulated with a view to development in the field of teamwork. |
